Order Processing

We move fast.

Orders placed before 3PM CST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after that ship the next business day.

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it goes out.


Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders (calculated at checkout)

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days (standard shipping)

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s with the carrier—but we’ll help if anything goes sideways.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) depending on speed and destination.


Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If you don’t see it, check your spam—or reach out and we’ll get it to you.


Address Issues

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
  • If you still need help, reach out—we’ll do what we can to get it sorted

Damaged Items

If your order shows up damaged:

  • Email us at support@bkranchwear.com
  • Include your order number and a photo
