Rip it? We replace it.
We build gear for real work. If your shirt fails doing honest work within 120 days of purchase, we’ll replace it. No questions. Offer applies to cotton twill shirts only.
Wear it. Work in it. Put it through its paces.
If it doesn’t hold up, we make it right.
What’s covered
Our guarantee applies to normal, real-world use, including:
- Rips, tears, or seam failures during honest work
- Snaps or buttons failing under regular wear
- Fabric breaking down earlier than it should
If it shouldn’t have happened, we’ll take care of it.
What’s not covered
We stand behind our gear—but this isn’t a free-for-all.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Obvious abuse or intentional damage
- Damage from things outside normal wear (fire, chemicals, machinery accidents, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Lost or stolen items
- T shirts, polyester apparel, Nylon apparel.
Use common sense—we will too.
Size & fit returns (30 days)
Didn’t get the right size or fit? No problem.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- We’ll exchange it or issue a refund once it’s received
How to start a return or replacement
Email us at support@bkranchwear.com with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- A photo if it’s a product failure
We’ll take it from there.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process it within a few business days
